Summer for most across the country, there are important reminders for our last quarter of the 2026 year. Wow can not believe we are in the last half of the year 2026.
REMINDERS:
1. NEW FEES ARE IN EFFECT: Please see the new fee schedule that was posted. Use the new Registration Applications and Registration correction forms that reflect the updated fees.
2. New fees and central office procedure: If your envelope is marked September 30th or before the old fees will be honored. All postmarks on October 1st and later will require the new fees. There has been a grace period of 90 days since the Board voted on these changes.
USUAL REMINDERS:
3. ALL applications MUST be complete and MUST have proper photos with Registration Applications. Please reach out if you need a photo tutorial emailed to you.
4. Please submit paperwork with payment. If you have a credit card on file, then make sure there is a note with paperwork to charge credit card on file.
5. If you are submitting paperwork with a credit card payment, please use the authorization form that is online under FORMS.
6. Reminder – There are 2 fees for all Application Registrations and
Transfers done at the same time. Make sure your buyers know they
must pay both fees.
7. RUSH paperwork MUST be marked RUSH on the exterior envelope. If I cannot see it is a rush, then I cannot pull it as a priority processing.
8. Show Chairs be sure your paperwork is complete. It is ultimately your responsibility to make sure Judges have completed ROA.
